Halloween

We had such a great Halloween! We love spending holidays with family and prefer the traditional house to house trick or treating so we headed to Fruit Heights for the day. When we got there we helped Grandpa rake leaves in the front yard and the kids thought it was pretty cool that they got to climb on the roof while Grandpa cleaned out the rain gutters.

Rooker, Bridger and Brynzi took a ride in the wheelbarrow and helped throw the leaves in the garden. Bridger was a big help as you can see. :D We also ate yummy chilli and treats that Marie made and had some delicous homemade rootbeer.

About 6 o clock we headed out. The kids were so excited. Crystal and Rooker took the lead and they all litterally RAN from house to house.

Bridger was not about to be left behind and ran right along with them. He was really cute. He would get to the door and say "Trick or treat give me candy!" Eventually he wore out and I ended up carrying him. Then he got picky about which houses he wanted to go to. Yes this house...no that house. What a goofy kid.

Here is a pic of my little spooks. Crystal was a sorceress, Bailey a cute witch and Rooker was a Cobra ninja from GI Joe. Bridger was supposed to be a mountain man but we lost his coon-skin cap and he latched onto a pumpkin jester hat. Brynzi was a monkey.

Crystal and Brynzi with Uncle Joe.

This is the caravan of adults that was following all the kids. Such good company!

And eventually Brynzi just fell alseep on Uncle Ben. Awww.
